Our Rental Rules
  • Individuals with head, neck, back or other muscular-skeletal injuries or disabilities, small infants and others who may be susceptible to injury from falls, bumps or bouncing are not permitted in the unit at any time.
  • No flips or extreme horseplay.
  • Do Not Bounce or Step near a Doorway
  • Adult supervision of all children is required at ALL times.
  • Extra caution and supervision are required for children ages three (3) and under.
  • Never allow older kids to bounce with children 3 and under unless they are supervised.
  • Air Castle balloons are designed specifically for children ONLY.
  • No persons over 150 pounds allowed inside moonwalks.
  • Stay off netting at all times.
  • Children playing in balloon should be close in age (when possible).
  • Remove shoes, glasses and jewelry before using Air Castles, to ensure a clean play area.
  • Always keep sharp objects, and pets away from the Air Castles.
  • Please keep all food, drinks and snacks away from the moonwalks.
  • No "Silly String" allowed in or around moonwalks. Should "Silly String" come in contact with the moonwalk, it would cause irreparable damage.
  • ONLY Air Castle staff may set up, or take down your Air Castle.
  • Stay out of Air Castles during strong wind or thunderstorms.
  • In case of rain and/ or lightning, have ALL children exit moonwalk IMMEDIATELY.
  • In case of accidental power outage to unit, have children exit moonwalk then check for disconnection.
  • Our Air Castles must be deflated during strong winds for your safety and protection.
  • Persons Not Following Safety Rules should be excused from Play Immediately.
  • Most importantly, It's always Better to be Safe Than Sorry

Bounce House Planning

  • Turn off all sprinklers including under ground sprinklers prior to Air Castle setup.
  • Competent Adult supervision must be available at all times.
  • All Air Castles need an electrical source (110V plug), generators are available for an extra charge.
  • Keep all unnecessary electric wires and cables away from jump houses.
  • Plan a spot in a grassy area away from your house meters.
  • Be aware of the size of the moonwalk you are renting, and have ample room for the Air Castle.
  • Be sure there is overhead clearance too.
  • Plan a food, drink and snack area a safe distance away from the Air Castles.
  • Keep all party toys such as 'silly string' and other toys away from the Air Castles.
